Sanitization after mold removal

Sanitization after mold removal is an important step to ensure that the affected area is
properly cleaned and free from any remaining mold spores or potential contaminants.

Express Mold Removal will first Identify the extent of contamination. This helps in
determining the appropriate sanitization methods and the areas that require attention.
Once identified, we will Clean Non-porous surfaces, such as glass, metal, or plastic,
using a specialized mold-killing solution.

Porous materials, like drywall, insulation, or carpeting, that have been heavily affected
by mold may need to be removed and replaced. Sanitization alone may not be sufficient
to eliminate mold growth from these materials.

After the initial cleaning, Express Mold Removal will use a high-efficiency particulate air
(HEPA) vacuum to remove any remaining mold spores or debris. HEPA vacuums are
effective in capturing small particles, including mold spores, to prevent their circulation
in the air.

Once the affected area has been thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed, it’s important to
disinfect and sanitize the surfaces. We will Use an appropriate disinfectant solution for
mold remediation.
